Gamechanger
Our Gamechanger groups are teams of senior leaders who want to make a difference both in their own business and beyond, challenging themselves and each other to create successful businesses and stretch boundaries.
Born out of the challenges confronting leadership in the dairy industry, members of Gamechanger are now from a range of businesses and share a common commitment to role modelling and leading change, regardless of the industry they work in.
Groups meet three times a year with themes based around strategy and innovation as well as specific group member interests. Meetings include high-impact guest speakers, business visits, collaboration and report-back sessions.
