For many of us, once the madness of Christmas is over, the ‘summer holiday’ period is a time to catch a breath, catch up with friends and family, and reflect on the year that’s been and the year ahead. And some of us even go so for as to set some goals for the coming year– call them new year’s resolutions if you like. I don’t know about you, but my resolutions are almost always the same, and are almost always out the door by about 15 January. I came across this article, about the importance of noticing the small things, and constantly re-adjusting. It’s given me a new lens on New Year’s resolutions… maybe this year, I’ll make something stick!
